This program is open to undergraduate students who meet all of the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled at a community college in California
• Over 18 years of age by start of program and not enrolled in high school at the time of application
• A US citizen or permanent resident
• Low-income and/or first generation to attend the University
• Majoring or intends to major in science, engineering, or mathematics
• Has satisfied the following course/unit requirements: (1 semester unit = 1.5 quarter units)
  • Completed a minimum of 4 semester units of College Algebra or Pre-Calculus by start of program
  • Completed a minimum of 8 semester units in science and/or engineering courses

Please note: Priority will go to students who intend to transfer to the University in Fall 2015. However, students at all points in the transfer process are encouraged to apply
